Reiko practiced for twelve years as a corporate attorney prior to transitioning into economic development work. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and of the Florida State University College of Law. She is the author of several articles, including China Lessons: Getting Started in Business, and The Plant Lady: A Chinese Migrant’s Search for a Better Life. The loves of her life are her Siberian Huskie and Golden Retriever.

Natalia graduated from Ural State University (Yekaterinburg, Russia), with a Bachelors degree in Foreign Affairs and Oriental Studies, and a Masters Degree in Asian Studies. Fluent in English, Russian, and Mandarin Chinese, Natalia has lived in Beijing for 3 years, and joined the Himalayan Consensus team in 2008 as the personal assistant to founder Laurence Brahm. She was promoted to Public Relations Manager in 2009. Natalia also enjoys film/documentary, fashion and outdoors.

Ariel received her Bachelors degree in Administration Management from University of International Business and Economics (Beijing, China). Later she joined Shrader Canada Limited, but with great passion on environment conservation projects, she returned to China in 2007 and joined Future Generations. She is currently CEO of Master Hao Information Technology (Beijing) Inc. and website developer to Himalayan Consensus.
