Application Checklist

A complete application contains the following:

Application
Please download the application, complete it, return your application and application materials by email to admin@himalayanconsensus.org. If you are not able to complete this form electronically, please mail two copies of the complete application to: The Himalayan Consensus, No 67 Dongsibatiao, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China 100007. Applications will be confirmed upon receipt.

Financial Statement
Please send a financial statement for the most recently completed accounting period. A statement of gross sales for last year (preferred), though a tax return is also acceptable.

Points of Reference
Please provide at least three points of contact (with email addresses and phone numbers) who can attest to and describe the nature of your work. Referencing at least one of your suppliers is preferred.

Other Materials (optional)
Feel free to include any promotional materials, articles written about your business, product labels, your most recent annual report, or product samples that you feel would supplement your application. Items will not be returned.

500 RMB Membership Fee
Please note The Himalayan Consensus reserves the right to conduct reviews of your membership to ensure your adherence to the Himalayan Consensus Certified Charter. A one-time membership fee of RMB500 is required. Upon acceptance of your membership application, The Himalayan Consensus will contact you with bank transfer details. Payment of the membership fee entitles you to use of the Himalayan Consensus Certified mark and access to the other benefits of membership.
